Pretty, Pretty Pansies

A couple weeks ago I saw these:


Aren't they sweet?? Melissa from Checkout Girl is uber talented in the ways of creating gorgeous little felt, embroidered pieces of art.

Here's a picture of the whole hoop:


I love these little pansy-esque flowers so much! And they didn't look that hard to do, so I decided to give them a shot. I had the perfect project to use them for too . . . onesies!


I (of course) wanted had to make some onesies for baby Jade. And these little flowers looked like the perfect applique for a girlie little outfit.


Love them! But I couldn't make just one adorable outfit, so I whipped up another.


Strawberries!


I created a small freezer paper stencil (thanks to my trusty Silhouette), and painted "Berry Sweet".


Nothing says "girl" like ruffle butts!!

I love little girls :o)
